five minutes from home

i am so blessed to live five minutes from the beach.  and typically, i get side-tracked with life and don't visit as often as i would like to.  so, this morning before running errands, i decided to take a quick stroll on the sand...and i'm so glad that i did.  the ocean breeze will carry away any burdens that you arrive with...and those little birds, well, they make life seem so much less complicated!

  2. What great shots! I too live close to the beach and love it - but it's the east coast of Scotland and the weather is usually not conducive to enjoying it!

  6. Oh, I so envy you so close to the shore! I haven't been in so long. Whevever I go, no matter what mood I'm in when I left home, within minutes of being at the Beach I feel my sense of inner balance restored.

    Got a spare room? :-D
