setting up house


it looks like i'm not the only one trying to get settled into a new house.  i noticed this little guy in a birdhouse that sits next to our front door.   he's kind of cute....in a primitive, prehistoric sort of way.  :)

    He is cute! Especially how hes casually resting his arm on the window frame, like he's a neighbor leaning out for a chat.

    Haha, as long has he stays in HIS house!

    We had a skink run into the house a few weeks ago (he was FAST!). He looked so at home in our living room, I thought he'd head into the kitchen to make pancakes!

    I finally got him out, safely, and he seems to be respecting boundaries now. :)
