good stuff

i spend a lot of time looking for things......and one glance at my closet is a good clue as to why. not only do i need to use clever acrobatic maneuvers to get to the good stuff in the back, i'm not even sure what's on the bottom (but i'm sure it's more good stuff that i really need.....)

so i got brave and pulled all of that good stuff out (yikes!)......

and hung one of these......

now all of that good stuff has a proper home.
and no more flying trapeze act trying to get to it!
woo hoo!!

and on the heals of the Martha Stewart video!!! Did she inspire you???? lol

I need to purchase containers to organize my stuff. I keep buying too many supplies and run out of money to store them!!!!

NO MORE SUPPLIES FOR ME TILL I ORGANIZE!! We will see how long that lasts!!! :)

My problem is I can not remember the NEW location once I've gotten"organized". but sometimes there is fun in the hunt.

  8. Yup, that "before pic" looks a lot like my closet. I know there's good stuff in there, but I'm to afraid to go look for it!

Wanna come do mine too? I'll make you a bracelet to go with that necklace. :D

  10. Projects like that are always so much fun! I love the before and after :-D. I love doing it at home too. That's a HUGE difference! Like a breath of fresh air lol! You may have saved money just by organizing everything. You have been buying things you already had!

    Good for you!

  11. Hi Lori :-)
    Yay, you!

It looks wonderful. You've inspired me to tackle a closet, or a bureau, or even just one shelf - baby steps! Right? lol

It *is* amazing how our "special craft supplies" can multiply.

Sara is so right. You deserve chocolate. ;-)

    Hugs,
    Crystal :-)

  14. Lori,
I love your closet ~ just love it, love it~! If I could only have mine looking like that ~ One of these days ~ I tend to tidy elsewhere and do the stuffing in the closet trick...Everything else is nice and pretty ~ but my dreaded closets. Who knows maybe when mine get cleaned out I'll find some hidden treasures as well. Something to look forward to. Thanks for the message on Etsy. Love you ~ xx
