you have wings

this is the project that i was working on the other day, and needed to go hunting at the fabric store for the perfect "wing fabric" (and now i have lots of other new fabrics in my stash thanks to that trip for just one fabric!). this is a modified version of a doodle i did in my journal a while back......i've changed up the colors a bit......

and added lots of pink, white, blue and black beads....

and since i did everything by hand, there's a little reminder on the back!

i've listed this little art quiltie in my etsy shop.....you can read more about it here!

  10. Very, very cute. And remember, fabrics are like potato chips - you can't buy just one. Ever.

I love that little tag on the back. I'm going to have to work up something for my own pieces.

  24. Lori,
    This is so very special.

I could have given you some wing fabric if I'd known! (I used to make bazillions of angels.)

The little quiltie has the prettiest details, and your "eye candy" journaling is the crowning touch.

    Love it!!!

    Hugs, Crystal :-)
