today, i'm not only celebrating my mom's favorite things
{including this song she used to sing to us when i was a kid}….
i'm also celebrating the fact that she's one of my dearest friends.
but most of all, i'm celebrating YOU, mom….
not only today, but every day!
happy Mother's day! i love you! xox
sending big, chocolate-covered hugs to all you bloggy moms….
enjoy your special day!

ReplyDeleteThat is really a beautiful page! Are you making it into a card or framing it? You are so thoughtful and creative! Happy Mother's Day to you! Thank you so much for sharing this one. It certainly brightened my day :)
ReplyDeleteI love your Mother's Day page. It's so you! What a good idea... which I may borrow... to do a page about our M. The first thing that came to my mind, was my mother's love for forget-me-nots and lily-of-the-valley. The page is taking shape right now.
ReplyDeleteYou popped in my head last night as I sat in my daughter's family room in Phoenix and almost everything is from Pottery Barn. BTW... she found out yesterday that her twins are a girl and a boy. What a Mother's Day this will be!
You are so blessd to still have your Mom. Enjoy every minute with her. ~Joni
Beautiful, Lori! I know your mom will love it!

I'm waiting for my daughters to pick me up and were off for lunch and Dick Blick's store in Tempe AZ. I thought I'd check your blog, and there it was a new post. Yippee!! I always learn so much from your work. This is a fun one. Bought a Walls diary but haven't even opened it yet. When I get home Thursday, I have so much I want to do. I did bring my sketch book along and have done some work on developing my "Creative Girl" for Danielle's class. My last sketch was closer to what I want, but will keep working. Happy Monday to you, Lori! ~Joni
