imagine

i love pawing through my supplies, because i always find things...great things...that i'd forgotten that i had.  i bought this paper a few years ago, and of course hoarded it because i love it.  but in keeping with my "goals for 2009", it's time to reduce that ever-growing mountain of scrapbook paper by using it...and i have a long way to go!
p.s.  the paper used to make this book was designed by artist and calligrapher teri martin.  click on the image for a larger view.

This is beautiful! I love those papers too, and have used some for cards and scrapbooking. You've used it so effectively on the journal.

I know what you mean about the hoarding. I have so many supplies that I've collected that I just take out and play with. I actually feel fear about using them. So silly - there's always something equally beautiful around the corner...

Your book is lovely.

Ahhh. I am drooling over your books! My husband has put a cap on my non-essential spending, but as soon as that cap is opened up....that "life" journal is mine! Just added you as an etsy favorite.

Gorgeous book! And we have (at least one of) the same goals: I need to reduce my mountain of papers before I buy more, too! I also love your focus word of 'balance' from the previous post. I think I need that tattooed to my forehead (along with 'It's okay to say NO')!
