Fabby sentiment, Lori. I'd always choose cream as I don't like butter or any of the substitutes. Mayo on sandwiches and definitely lots of cream on my cakes yum yum. You've whetted my apatite now for Monday and some cake lol

Ah..love Julia Child! Thanks for the sweet comment in the Madam Lechêne's blog! However, the author of the story is my boyfriend :-) It's a duo project we started together, and must say that I'm very exited about it!
