cubbie love

it's no secret that i love letterforms.  and i love creating letterforms.  and i love love collecting all kinds of pens to create letterforms.  but i was starting to have a love/hate thing with how i was storing them.....all thrown in a box......making it really frustrating to find the size i was looking for!  and then during a recent trip to my favorite stamp store, i discovered my answer......

meet the "color cubbie"!  it was designed to hold all of your copic markers (hard to believe that's the one collection i don't have!), but all of my microns, white gel pens, sharpies, g-tecs, and pitt pens are as happy as a value-pack-bag-of-fun-size-candy-bars-at-halloween......and i'm loving how easy it is to find what i'm looking for!!  you can read more about it here!!

hope your weekend is filled with lots of creative goodness!!!

Mini-cubbies...how cute! Looking at your organized collection, I feel like I should get my stuff in order as well...perhaps over the weekend, I hope.

This is wonderful...Ive never seen this before. Its perfect that it is slanted so the pens don't fall out. YAY for you. I am going to check the link.

What a great way to display your most precious pens. Much better than being in a box. You have so many that it looks like a store display!

What a smart way to store your pens, and most of those probably should be stored laying down, right? You've got some collection there! :-)

That's a really great idea! I love how it doesn't take much counter or table space but keeps the markers horizontal. Thanks for sharing!

Well done Ms. Lori! Perfect idea for all your pens. Gave me an idea for my bedside table to keep my grandson's little fingers out of my things!

Thanks!

this is great!! i love how pens look in cute cups, but i know storing them upright is not good for them.

this is functional and cute to boot!!!

you crack me up! i need one of these little pen holding wonders. all my pens are mad at me at the moment because the are all tossled and jangled up in an old ball canning jar with no order to speak of.
and of course i giggled right out loud at the value-pack-bag-of-fun-size-candy-bars!!
thank you for your sweetest comments on my last post. i just adore you!

I love it!!! How handy is this?! I've currently got my pens sticking out of flower pots that are too big. It seemed cute at the time, but now...nothing cute about it! I need this cubby!
