i've traded in my doodle pens for a glue brush today.....trying to get caught up on some new covers and blank journals. there's something about the mindless act of sloshing creamy glue around on paper that i just love (either that, or maybe it's just that the fumes start to quickly take effect, causing me to love just about anything! yippee!). there's nothing more satisfying than having lots of yummy journal covers finished and ready for sewing.....and then realizing that i got all that done just in time for my mid-afternoon chocolate break!! woo hoo!

such yummy blank materials, ripe with potential... what will you make?
sounds like a good day! :-)
Is there really anything better than journals and chocolate??♥
Glorious! I love that the chocolate break is worked into the schedule. Here at my music studio, we have a special stash of peppermint patties and hershey kisses. The perfect sized little chocolate treats. If only the stash wasn't right outside my door *trouble* :)
Oh I can't wait to see the new journals!! I am going to make a couple of them for Xmas gifts. I have always had a love affair with papers....and it continues to this day. Maybe you should go out for a walk and get the 'fumes' aired out....lol!!!
I see you've been busy making more of your deliciously cute journal books. Love them all ~ so happy you made another "Count you Blessings" ~ someone will surely scoop that up ~ as well "Inspire" love that one ~ and I'm holding back buying "Ramblings and such" and "Heart Songs" - just can't tell you what special little books these are. And of course your cards are simply divine!

What a beautiful pile of potential you have sitting there! I can't wait to see what they look like when they're done. I also have to say that your glasses are SO COOL and really adds something to the still life you have going on there. : )
WELL best of luck to you. I am not so fond of the "Catching up" process. Seems like I always have something else I want to do. haha
