five minutes from home

i am so blessed to live five minutes from the beach.  and typically, i get side-tracked with life and don't visit as often as i would like to.  so, this morning before running errands, i decided to take a quick stroll on the sand...and i'm so glad that i did.  the ocean breeze will carry away any burdens that you arrive with...and those little birds, well, they make life seem so much less complicated!

What great shots! I too live close to the beach and love it - but it's the east coast of Scotland and the weather is usually not conducive to enjoying it!

My Mom also lives 5 minutes from the beach in Florida and I know so well how healing the seaside can be. Take more walks...ENJOY!

I love where you live, next to the beach and birds are such a gift on earth, there songs are beautiful and remind us of the simple beauty of life. I am so pleased you went for a stroll on the beach!

Thank you for your comment. I am so blessed to know you all and certainly cherish her dolls! They mean so much more to me than there beauty, it is a true gift from the heart!

Oh, I so envy you so close to the shore! I haven't been in so long. Whevever I go, no matter what mood I'm in when I left home, within minutes of being at the Beach I feel my sense of inner balance restored.

Got a spare room? :-D
